For what it is worth, with or without Romney-Ryan in power, this is a major change and it will not get better soon. People fear freedom when life is unsettled.  That is why Man is not able to be Socialist or Anarchists as a society. Man is an animal driven by fear. We are in and heading toward a period of economic loss for most of us, our governments reduced to military functionaries. Our Great Social contract between Government and Citizen is over. Maybe it is inevitable. I don’t know. I do know that the more extreme the  grip of government, the farther it will fall. That may sound good, but in a world, a Global crisis, we will be in for a hard fight. Pessimistic? Perhaps. I hope not.
